Product Details: Color, Craft, Specification, and Description

The product specifications listed on bunkarvalley Handloom, such as weight, color, and size, are approximate. Returns for these reasons won’t be accepted.

The product description reflects the creativity of our weavers and writers. Thus, products cannot be returned or replaced based on description discrepancies.

Customers should be aware of slight color variations due to different monitors and lighting conditions. Bunkarvalley Handloom strives to display colors accurately, but variations of up to 10% are normal.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if you received a defective item or the wrong product. Requests based on color or description won’t be considered. You must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order, meeting these conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include the original invoice.

We’ll accept returns if the product differs from your order, excluding issues like color or description.

Understand that each of our products is uniquely handcrafted, leading to slight differences. An irregular weave or stitch isn’t a flaw but a feature of handloom products.

Return Procedure

To return an item, complete the Return/Exchange form and email us with detailed images or videos within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your case. If approved, you’ll need to send the item back to our provided address. We’ll verify the return and process a refund.

You must package the item as it was delivered and send it at your expense. Notify us with the tracking number via email. Any delivery damage means your return/refund will be canceled, and the item returned to you at your cost.

Order Cancellation

Once processed or approved, orders can’t be canceled. If you wish to cancel before approval, email us immediately with your order number. Cancellation requests post-approval aren’t accepted.

Refund Terms

Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the item and initiate the refund within 7-10 working days. You can choose between store credit or a bank refund. Store credit is processed within 2 days of approval, while bank refunds incur a 3% processing fee.

We maintain a list of fraudulent users and may deny future access or cancel orders at our discretion.
